Using the Supplier Portal
The supplier portal is where approved suppliers manage their FoodXchange presence.
Getting access
Once your registration is approved, our team sets up portal access. You'll receive a magic link by email to sign in.
What's in the portal
- Dashboard — an overview of your account
- Products — manage your product listings and details
- Inbox — see buyer interest and messages related to your products
- Analytics — view activity on your profile and products
- Profile — update your company information and certifications
Managing your products
Add, edit, or remove products from your portal. Keep descriptions, images, and certifications up to date — this directly affects how well your products match buyer requests.
Buyer interest
When a buyer request is matched to one of your products, you'll see it reflected in your portal activity, and our team may reach out by email for more details.
