Tracking Your Deals Through the Pipeline

Every match you receive moves through a simple pipeline so you always know where things stand.

The stages

Proposed — a match has been sent to you and is awaiting your reply
Countered — you've proposed different terms and are waiting to hear back
Accepted — you've accepted the match; our team is following up to move it forward
Declined — you've declined; no further action is needed
Closed — the match has been finalized (won or otherwise closed out)

Where you'll see this

Each match card in your Matches tab shows a status badge for its current pipeline stage. Use the status filter to focus on matches that need your attention (e.g. Proposed) or to review your history (Accepted, Closed).

Getting to 'Closed'

Matches move to Closed once our team finalizes the outcome with the buyer — this typically happens after an Accepted or Countered match progresses to terms both sides are happy with.
