Messaging Buyers About a Match

Once a match has been sent to you, the supplier portal includes a messaging thread for that match — a direct line to discuss details with the buyer (and our team).

Where to find it

Open a match from your Matches tab to see its details, including the message thread alongside the reply form.

What to use it for

Clarify details about volumes, packaging, or timelines
Share samples information, lead times, or pricing context
Ask questions before deciding how to respond to the match

Real-time updates

New messages appear in the thread as soon as they're sent — no need to refresh the page.

Closed matches

Once a match is marked Closed, the message thread becomes read-only — messaging is disabled, but your earlier conversation remains visible for reference.
