Initial response

After you submit a request, our team reviews it internally. We follow up only when we've identified a clear fit — this usually takes a few business days.

No automatic introductions

We don't auto-forward your request to every supplier in our database. Every introduction is reviewed first, so the suppliers you hear about are ones we believe are worth pursuing.

Communication

  • Email is our primary channel for sourcing updates
  • Buyer portal access is available for tracking request status
  • Our team can join calls to discuss requirements in more detail when useful

No obligation

Submitting a request, or receiving a match, doesn't commit you to anything. It's an initial fit check — pricing, samples, and terms are discussed directly once you decide to move forward with a supplier.
