No. Submitting a request and receiving matches is free for buyers.

How long does it take to hear back?

Our team reviews new requests internally, which usually takes a few business days. We follow up only when there's a clear fit.

Is FoodXchange a marketplace?

No. We're a sourcing agency. We don't list live prices or stock — we review requests and make introductions when there's a strong match.

Do I need a kosher certification to be matched with buyers?

No. Certifications, including kosher status, are shown as helpful context but are not a requirement for matching. If certification matters for a specific request, our team will follow up to confirm.

How do I register as a supplier?

Use the supplier registration form on our website. Registrations are reviewed before your products are added to our database.

Can I track the status of my request or profile?

Yes — buyers and approved suppliers can get access to a portal that shows request status, matches, and profile information.

How do I update my company or product information?

Approved suppliers can update their profile and products directly in the supplier portal. Buyers can update their company details in the buyer portal.
